This immersive experience\, spread across Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm\, will delve into the mental and physical aspects of performance freedom. \n\n\n\nWorkshop Highlights:Explore the Alexander Technique\, a method designed to liberate breath\, heighten awareness\, and foster a sense of ease in movement.
