Teatro del Pueblo invites you to a transformative 8-hour workshop focusing on the Alexander Technique, tailored for both the artist community and the cast of our upcoming Shakespearean Latino adaptation, “Love in a Time of Hate”! This immersive experience, spread across Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm, will delve into the mental and physical aspects of performance freedom.
Workshop Highlights:
Explore the Alexander Technique, a method designed to liberate breath, heighten awareness, and foster a sense of ease in movement. Based on the principle that free breath leads to a liberated body, participants will learn techniques to release tension and optimize vocal expression.
